North Wales Coast- Holiday

Classic view of Landudno- Promenade, Pier and Happy Valley

A free week in early August allowed my wife and I to spend a weeks holiday in the small, quiet North Wales, seaside village of Rhos-on-Sea. An area which I had spent many happy holidays as a child.

It gave us a well earned break, and an opportunity to do plenty of walking. And being a photographer, You can never get me away from my camera! A opportunity to take a few photographs.

Another day we had a walk from Aber through the Coedydd Aber (Forest) to Rhaedadr Fawr (the big Waterfall).

This waterfall is 100 meters high and the river which flows over it has the steepest gradient of any river in Wales and England. Well Worth the effort of a few hours return walk from Aber village.
